Nest Casa ships to addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

We provide packing and shipping as a service to our customers, and we will ship via UPS or one of our preferred carriers unless otherwise requested.

For shipping outside of the United States, orders will be delivered with the most appropriate and cost-effective method.

For our interior designer clients, all shipping and packing charges will be noted on the final balance due upon invoicing. If a customer prefers to make their own shipping arrangements, they do so at their own risk. We do not take responsibility for damages incurred during the shipping.

Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.*

*Exceptions on home fragrance purchases, including candles and diffusers. We cannot accept returns on these products at this time.
