Nest Casa ships to addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
We provide packing and shipping as a service to our customers, and we will ship via UPS or one of our preferred carriers unless otherwise requested. For our interior designer clients, all shipping and packing charges will be noted on the final balance due upon invoicing. In the event that a customer prefers to make their own shipping arrangements, they do so at their own risk. We do not take responsibility for damages incurred during the shipping.
For shipping outside of the United States, orders will be delivered with the most appropriate and cost-effective method.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 10 days of receiving the item, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
